When my world turns frantic
The peace of a quiet place
Is sometimes all I need
Closing my eyes to chaos
I sip on solitude
And breathe in tranquility
I listen to the gentle pulse
Of nature all around
My heart reclaims its rhythm
My flagging spirit finds reset
And I feel all my worries
Drift away on a breeze
